Signing in

Go to the admin address for your agency and sign in with the email address your administrator set up for you.

The top right of every screen shows who you are signed in as and which agency you are working inside. Check this before making changes — the agency name is your reassurance that you are editing the right account.

You land on the Question bank. The left-hand menu has four sections:

Section	What it holds
Questionnaires	The sets of questions your website asks
Question bank	Reusable questions, written once
Pricing	Rate cards: seasons, room rates and tiers
Customer answers	Enquiries travellers have submitted

A fifth block reads "Coming later" — hotels, destinations and itineraries are not built yet. Ignore it.

If you forget your password, your administrator resets it for you. There is no self-service reset.
